View History

Another option after selecting a contact is to view any or all of the contact's historical data. This will give you a means for easily reviewing recent history before calling or visiting a contact.

In this example a list of eighty-six (86) history activities will be displayed for "All" of the available activity types. To view history records for one specific activity type, filter the search by using the drop-down and selecting your choice from the list and click the <GO> button.

The top of the list displays the filtering you chose (if any) and the record count. Below that is the list of history records. From this list, you may view the history data by selecting its date/time link (which is displaying the date and time the activity had taken place) or select the [Edit] link to open the activity to be edited. Click the link for the activity to view to the activity details page (see below).

Navigation buttons are available for moving through the list of history records if all cannot fit onto a single screen.

Back to Contact: This link will return you to the Contact Detail page.

Home: Returns you to the Home Menu.

After clicking on a link for a history activity, the details page will appear. This is an example of the details page for a completed appointment.

Navigation buttons are available for moving through the list of history records if all cannot fit onto a single screen.

Contact: Clicking the Contact's name will return you to the Contact Details screen.

Edit: This link will take you to a page for editing the activity.

Back to Activity List: This link will return you back to the list of Completed Activities.

Delete: Click this link to delete the Completed Activity.

Home: Returns you to the Home Menu.
