wMobile allows you to create scheduled activities for tasks you need to do in the future. This may be a call you need to make, an appointment for a sales meeting or even a forecasted sale you would like to track.

From the New Pending drop-down, you may choose the specific type of activity to be scheduled (i.e., Call, Next Action, Appointment, Sale, Other or Event) and then click the <GO> button.

The page that displays will allow you to enter the data for the activity you are scheduling.   The Detail and Users tabs at the top of the page switch between the scheduled activity and a list of users.   You can switch between the activity detail and the user list at any time.
 
If you wish to schedule the activity additional users, click the Users tab at the top-right corner of the window.  Select any additional users from the list.
 
When scheduling activities, certain fields, like Reference and Code will allow you to choose from a drop-down list or type in your own entry within the text box.

 

If you need to schedule this activity for a different user or a different linked contact, select them from the drop-down lists. Other available fields are Reference, Code, Notes, and Opportunity/Project.

 

Set the Date, Time and Duration entry drop-downs.

 

You may optionally set an alarm for this activity by placing a check in the check box and setting a date and time for the alarm to occur. These alarms will occur in GoldMine only and not on your mobile device.

 
 

Click the <Schedule> button on either the Detail or Users tabs to save the activity. This new activity will appear immediately in GoldMine!

 


 

Cancel: Close this page without saving the activity.
