Notes (Contact)

Contact notes play an important part of your contact management relationship solution. With the Notes (Yes/No) link; you can open the Contact Notes page to review the notes for the current contact. The notes are displayed for reference (read-only) and cannot be edited in wMobile. To edit these notes, you will need to use GoldMine.

In parenthesis after Notes will be "(Yes)" or "(No)" showing you at a glance whether or not there are any existing notes for the contact. If there are notes, clicking the Notes (Yes) link will open the Contact Notes page and display the notes.

Cancel: Returns you to the Contact Detail page.

Home: Returns you to the Home Menu.
