Lookup Pending Activity

This feature gives users the ability to search for and view a list of pending activities for a specific user, date range and type of pending activity. Using combinations of the search criteria will allow a user to see only the desired activities.

The Lookup Pending Activity link allows you to search for pending activities that are scheduled for you or for any GoldMine users on your security team. After selecting a single user (or (All) for all users), select the Period or Date Range and Activity Type.

The Period drop-down list consists of the selections: Last Month, Last Week, Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, This Week and This Month. If a specific date range is desired, click the Date Range radio button and set the date value using the From and To drop-down lists .

The Activity Type drop-down list consists of the selections: All, Calls, Appointments, Queued E-Mails, Others, Events and Literature Requests.

Click <Search> to run the search and display a list of activities.

The Pending Activities page displays the resulting list of a pending activity search along with the GoldMine user and the date range used for the search. The pending activities are listed and a pair of links ([Edit][Complete]) is available for each activity that may be used to Edit or Complete the selected activity.
