Lookup History Activity

This feature gives users the ability to search for and view a list of history records for completed activities for a specific user, date range and type of history activity. Using combinations of the search criteria will allow a user to see only the desired activities.

The Lookup History Activity link allows a search for history activities that were scheduled for you or for any GoldMine users on your security team.

After selecting a single user (or (All) for all users), select the Period or Date Range and Activity Type.

The Period drop-down list consists of the selections: Last Month, Last Week, Yesterday, Today, This Week and This Month. If a specific date range is desired, click the Date Range radio button and set the From and To date drop-down values.

The Activity Type drop-down list consists of the selections: All, Calls, Appointments, Queued E-Mails, Others, Events and Literature Requests.

Click the <Search> button to run the search and display a list of activities.

The resulting list of a history activity search displays the user and the date range used by the search. The history activities are listed and an [Edit] link is available for each activity that may be used to Edit the selected activity.
