Logging in to wMobile

Once your browser connects to your wMobile internet site you will be presented with a wMobile login page.

•	Login with your GoldMine username and password.

•	Click <OK>

•	wMobile will only accept one login per user name at any time. If you login a second time your initial session will be automatically logged out.

•	If you at some point are inactive (number of minutes as defined by your wMobile administrator) in your wMobile session you will be timed out / logged out and will need to login with your user name and password again.

•	If you need to change your password, this must be done in GoldMine.

Wrong username or password

There is a mismatch between your GoldMine username and password. You may have entered the wrong password.

Not a wMobile User

The username has not been registered on the wMobile server. Check with your administrator to ensure you are using your correct GoldMine user name.

Access denied

You have entered a valid username and password combination but your wMobile administrator has disabled your use of wMobile.
