Installation Scenarios for wMobile

Installing wMobile on the GoldMine Server (Single Server Installation)

Scenario: You have a single server that hosts GoldMine and IIS.

Note: Ensure that your server meets both the GoldMine and Web Server Requirements.

On the Server

Installed by user:

Installed by wMobile Setup:

Prerequisites (Installed only if needed)

•	.Net Framework 3.5 (This could require a restart depending on components installed.)

wMobile Components:

•	Install Remote GoldMine Service

•	Install wMobile

•	Install Manager Console

•	Install wMobile E-mail Fetcher

Installing wMobile on a Separate Web Server (Split Server Installation)

Scenario: You have a GoldMine server, but you want to host IIS on a different server.

On the GoldMine Server

Installed by wMobile Setup:

Prerequisites (Installed only if needed)

•	.Net Framework 3.5 (This might require a restart depending on components installed.)

wMobile Components:

•	Install Remote GoldMine Service

On the Web Server
