How To Install .Net Framework 1.1 SP1

Downloading and Installing .Net Framework Service Pack 1
NOTE: Use these instructions for both 32-bit and 64-bit Editions of Windows.

If Mscorlib.dll is present, but does not have the correct version number, follow these instructions to download and install the .Net Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 from Microsoft.

1.	Download the .Net Framework 1.1 from Microsoft: .Net Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1

2.	Save the NDP1.1sp1-KB867460-X86.exe file to the computer.

3.	Double-click the NDP1.1sp1-KB867460-X86.exe file.

4.	When prompted to install .Net Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1, click OK.

5.	Click I accept. NOTE: Installation will take between 5-20 minutes, depending on your computer.

6.	When prompted that the installation is complete, click OK.
