The Get Directions feature allows a user to quickly view a map of the contacts address and get traveling directions from one contact to another. Once the directions are displayed they may be easily reversed with a single command.
The first option in the Map and Directions command will display the contacts address on a map. Clicking the <GO> button will display the map.
From the Local Area Map, use the links to [Zoom In] to street level or [Zoom Out] to state level. Please note the red star indicating the location of your contact on the map.

Back to Contact: This link will return you to the Contact Detail page.
For directions, the Map and Directions command uses the currently displayed contact as the starting location. To select the ending location, use the drop-down list to select from one of the ten most recently viewed contacts. After clicking the <GO> button the directions for the route will display.
Shown here is an example of the Map and Directions results display. Above the turn-by-turn directions are the starting and ending locations, the distance and approximate travel time values.
See the map: Displays a map showing the trip from start to end. This map will be scaled to fit and the route is shown highlighted.
Get Reverse Directions: This command reverses the starting and ending locations and re-displays the updated directions in reverse order.
Back to Contact: This link will return you to the Contact Detail page.
This is an example of the directions map which will be displayed by using the See the map command.
NOTE: The route is highlighted between the starting and ending points marked "A" and "M" in this map example. The letters correspond to the turns in the directions screen.
