Generally speaking, the following ports need to be opened for wMobile to be accessed from the Internet:

Scenario 1:  GoldMine Server, SQL Server and Web Server are behind the same firewall.

With No SSL Certificate (Provides basic Non-Encrypted Communication between the Mobile Device and the Web Server)
oTCP Port 80 from the Internet to the Web Server.

oWith an SSL Certificate (Provides Encrypted Communication between the Mobile Device and the Web Server)
TCP Port 443 from the Internet to the Web Server.

Scenario 2:  GoldMine Server and SQL Server are behind a firewall, the Web Server is in a DMZ

oFrom the Web Server in the DMZ to the GoldMine Server
TCP Ports 8085 and 2121

oFrom the Web Server in the DMZ to the SQL Server
TCP Port 1433

oWeb Server to the Internet
With No SSL Certificate (Provides basic Non-Encrypted Communication between the Mobile Device and the Web Server)
TCP Port 80 from the Internet to the Web Server.

With an SSL Certificate (Provides Encrypted Communication between the Mobile Device and the Web Server)
TCP Port 443 from the Internet to the Web Server.

Scenario 3:  GoldMine Server, SQL Server and Web Server are behind the same firewall.  Customer has Blackberry Enterprise Server
oNo open ports required.  wMobile will be shared automatically through BES.

Scenario 4:  GoldMine Server, SQL Server and Web Server are behind the same firewall with Port Redirection.

oWith No SSL Certificate (Provides basic Non-Encrypted Communication between the Mobile Device and the Web Server)
Any TCP port from the Internet to TCP Port 80 on the Web Server (Assuming IIS is configured to use TCP Port 80 for non-SSL requests).

oWith an SSL Certificate (Provides Encrypted Communication between the Mobile Device and the Web Server)
Any TCP Port from the Internet to TCP Port 443 on the Web Server (Assuming IIS is configured to use TCP Port 443 for SSL requests).

Important Note For Blackberry Owners Only:  The standard browser that comes installed on the Blackberry does not support accessing websites on TCP ports other than 80 or 443.  If you own a Blackberry and do not own a Blackberry Enterprise Server, then you must configure your firewall to allow access to wMobile on TCP Port 80 for Non-SSL traffic or TCP Port 443 for SSL traffic.
