This action is performed on the GoldMine Server.

To create a Service Account for wMobile, do the following:

•	For Servers or Computers that ARE NOT part of an Active Directory

1.	Right-click on My Computer.

2.	Select Manage.

3.	Expand Local Users and Groups.

4.	Click on Users.

5.	Right-click on the Users folder and select New User.

6.	Provide a logon name in the User logon name field.

7.	Provide a full name in the Full name field.

8.	Provide a Password in the Password and Confirm password fields.

9.	Click Password never expires check box.

10.	Click Create.

•	For Servers or Computers that ARE part of an Active Directory

1.	Log into Domain Controller as a Domain Administrator.

2.	Click on Start, Settings, Control Panel.

3.	Double-click on Administrative Tools.

4.	Double-click on Active Directory Users and Computers.

5.	Expand the domain object.

6.	Right-click the Users folder.

7.	Select New->User.

8.	Provide a first name in the First name field.

9.	Provide a last name in the Last name field.

10.	Provide a logon name in the User logon name field.

11.	Click Next.

12.	Provide a Password in the Password and Confirm password fields.

13.	Click Password never expires check box.

14.	Click Next.

15.	Click Finish.
