Contact Lists

After using the Lookup Contact search page, a list will display containing any contacts found that meet the search criteria you have entered. Each contact's name within this list is displayed as a link that when selected, will display that contact's data in the Contact Detail page. Another feature of this list is the [Edit][History] links that will allow you to edit the contact's data or view recent history.

This example shows the Lookup Contact page ready to run a search for contact's that have the Company field beginning with the text "abc comp" (please note that searches are not case-sensitive). After entering your criteria, select <OK> to get a Contact List of results.

The results are shown here on the Accounts page for the search from the example above. As you can see, only one record was found meeting the criteria. Note also, the links: [Edit][History] for quick editing or review of the contact.

Under the contact list are navigation buttons to allow you to move forwards and backwards through the records in the Contact List. When the beginning or end of the list is reached, only one button of the two buttons will be displayed.
