| • | On Any Version of Windows if My Computer is on the desktop |
| 1. | Right-click on My Computer and click Properties. |
| 2. | For Windows 2003, the version of Windows will be displayed on the General tab. This will be the first tab that is displayed. |
| 3. | For Windows 2008 Server, the version of Windows will be displayed under the Windows edition and System sections of System window. The System window will be the first window that is displayed. |
| • | On Any Version of Windows if My Computer is NOT on the desktop |
| 1. | Click on Start. |
| 2. | Right-click on Computer or My Computer and click Properties. |
| 3. | For Windows 2000, the version of Windows will be displayed on the General tab. This will be the first tab that is displayed. |
| 4. | For Windows 2008 Server (Any Version) the version of Windows will be displayed under the Windows edition (the first section) and System sections (the second section) of System window. The System window will be the first window that is displayed. |
