Checking GoldMine Database
| • | In Any Edition of GoldMine |
| 1. | Open GoldMine and login. |
| 2. | Click on Help and select About or About GoldMine. |
| 3. | Click System. |
| 4. | Look for GoldMine Files and Contact Files under the Description column. |
| 5. | If the values for GoldMine Files and Contact Files are the same then your Contact Set and Common GoldMine files are in the same database. You may proceed with your wMobile install. If the values DO NOT MATCH, you may not be able to install wMobile. Contact your GoldMine service provider for assistance. |
