Here is an example of the calendar displayed in the weekly format. To switch from one view to another view, use the \Month/\Week/\Day/ links at the bottom of the page.
Use the << and >> links to display the previous and next week respectively.
For each day, there are navigation links to quickly take you to a specific day within the current week being viewed. The days that are not links are not enabled as "Work Days" (see Saturday and Sunday in the following example):

Activities that are scheduled for the week currently displayed will appear on the calendar. Clicking on an activity link will display the activity details.
Time of Day links:
Clicking a "time" link (e.g., 3:30 PM) on the Week or Day calendar view will start the process for scheduling an activity. See: Create New Activity for details.
The colors for calendar items are controlled using settings in the Calendar Preferences.
